Seated Cobra

  1. Sit in a chair and place both feet flat on the floor with your back against your chair and one hand resting on each knee.
  2. Arch and stretch upper body like a cobra raising head up and looking toward the ceiling inhaling through nose.
  3. Exhale, making a hissing sound through teeth while relaxing downward.
  4. Hunch back and drop head slowly down to look at the floor.
  5. Repeat three times.
